Client Data Solutions Limited takes its responsibilities regarding privacy of customer information very seriously. This policy explains how we use any customer information and how we protect your privacy.

Why do we need customer information and how do we use it?

When applying for a loan quotation via Client Data Solutions Limited, we need to know your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, gross income, loan details. We do not process your loan application ourselves. These details are passed to our loan partners to provide a quotation.
This information allows our loan partners to process your application and tailor a loan to suit your needs and circumstances.

When applying for a mortgage quotation we need to know your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, employment and income details, any adverse credit and County Court Judgment details, etc as required on our Mortgage Enquiry Form.

We use tracking software to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site. This software does not enable us to capture any personally identifying information.

Client Data Solutions Limited does not obtain credit searches.

What security do we use to protect your information?

In order to comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we also follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access to that information.
