We can submit an email/fax with your personal details to a prospective lender, we will normally know within 24 hours if you have been provisionally accepted, subject to valuation and confirmation of correct information supplied.
We will then put in writing a monthly cost of your proposed mortgage and any costs associated with the setting up of your loan. This is known as a mortgage illustration and will comply with the mortgage code guidelines.
